Hotel O Bamboo Inn

Location is very nice, distance from Batu ferringhi beach 700 meter. This hotel is like cheating, Bathroom & bedroom not proper cleared. Bathroom have water likage & hole night sound disturb slleep.

We have booked for 2 night during hari raya, for 2 days only 134 ringgit. But after reached hotel that owner said, u need to pay extra 126 ringgit, so total 260, because this amount u can`t stay. We have reserved already 134 ringgit. Like a cheating....

i hv this 1 thing dat i really like to do but dont knw anybody w such experience & knowledge. Guna is the guy incharged o the place, so he gv lotsa input...so dats really nice. 2 birds w 1 stone, holiday + input. his daughter@Puspa is so cute. his wife & helper, cant speak; so u guys hv to guess wut thyre saying to u but thyre also friendly.

The owner/ manager was so lovely and friendly and would help with any requests and questions. The bedroom doors have a bolt lock on the inside. The shower was hot and powerful. There was a duvet and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

There is one male staff member who made me feel uncomfortable with making comments and getting my number from the booking and messaging me late at night inappropriately.

location. near to food stall, petrol station, beach even 5 minutes walk, but it is ok.

only single staff n hard to communicate also we book room with TV but provided room without tv then after i complaint they request to change my room next day, n next day they moved us in a bigger n better room we were thinking its compensation of yesterday miscommunication but when we came back they again change our room which is same as without tv room but this time tv added ...but no compensation for the days we spent without TV room when booked TV room. also so many times my cups and stuff missed after complaining their staff returned my saying they mistakenly took those stuff...if i didnt complain i would lost my stuff.. no tissue rolls provided only the small piece of soap given as the name of toiletries

One of the worst stay ever at this hotel. The room itself smells very mouldy. The fan is full of dust. The bed sheets are yellow. Toilet is smelly as well. The room's door wouldnt even lock properly,. Worst of all, the guy that took me to the room asked tips from me after he took me to the room. What nonsense is this, you think you guys are 5 stars hotel? Terrible. No place for parking, only can park roadside and it's dangerous. You have to park at a very far place so it's safer for your car.

It was along the road and near the beach

It's not welcoming. The reception area was full of stuff and was untidy. There was construction early in the morning. No toilelries and the fan was dusty. The worst part is, the bellboy entered my room and kept asking me questions. I already gave him a tip but he still didn't leave. He asked if I am alone and I felt uneasy so I just said my husband is coming eventhough I dont have one at all. When I said that my husband was coming, he finally left. I didn't leave my room all night coz I felt unsafe.

All is good and nice for stay ...good value ! ..paling penting air sgt kuat tidak seperti hotel2 lain walaupon mewah airr sgt slow ...very recomended !!

Nothing ..maybe parking or point for pickup and drop bag ..and toilet ada smellyy skit , and lampu trlalu cerah ..maybe need sleeping lamp one..hehe

Near to petrol pump,restaurants,hawker stall & beach. It was my last minute booking, so from my perspective it's nice to stay, cozy, clean & friendly receptionist.

Kinda shock because it is a decent budget hotel. The room is really really clean. Air kat toilet laju. The staff are friendly. Ada coway and ironing section.

Toiletres is not complete, only soap. Unpleasent odor but still manageable. Water heater not very hot. Aircond not very cold. Well, it is budget hotel not expect much.

-No toilet paper-Staff should check to make sure room is up to standard before guest check in.-For example water heater switch was spoilt. Later when we inform then it was fixed.-The cupboard drawer have 4 McDonald's cups left there by previous guest.-The bed small red cushion have coconut oil smell. -Might be cushion cover was not change.-No table/chair in room. -Reception area too hot no fan.-The corridor/reception area no lights on in morning / afternoon. -The water dispenser area lights too dim.-Hope to see some improvement to this hotel.

Location wins it all. So near to everywhere if you're looking forward to stay in batu feringghi

Night life is great but during the day it's literally not a place to hangout that much. Unless you go out of batu feringhi

booking family suite but I get SMALL ROOM..for Wrong room and can also change to another hotel where the room is still small..HAHAHA...Funny
